K & S Contractors, Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in Powder Springs, GA but our owners were proudly born and raised in Fyffe, AL. Family is what drives our team! Kelli & Steve Jernigan started K & S Contractors, Inc. in 1994, building housed for a major developer in the Atlanta area, while raising 3 children.

As General Contractors, their experience has accumulated through use of various trades over the years. When obstacles, outside a roofers' general knowledge arise, they don't lose time! Kelli Jernigan, owner and CFO oversees every aspect of the behind the scenes grind of owning a construction company. Her eye is always on quality and honesty. Their son Andrew joined the team in 2005 and together they formed the idea of filling a niche, long abandoned need of an honest roofing company prepared to perform quality, expert service!

Steve and Andrew Jernigan began specializing in roofing. While Steve and Kelli have been working in and around the construction industry for over 30 years, the last decade has been dedicated to the advancement of numerous roofing systems.

Today, we are Duro-Last, Versico, and Owens Corning certified roofing contractors. We are able to provide the highest of Warranties for any of these manufacturers. We are licensed in the states we operate in currently and are fully insured. Steve Jernigan (President) - Is a hands on executive. His role as President is to oversee all operations in the company and ensure that he is satisfied in the work performed by our crews from Beginning to end. Andrew Jernigan (Senior Operations Manager) - Andrew is your point of contact, project manager, and he oversees the day to day operations. From submittals to the final quality control inspections, he is here to insure your project is completed well and on schedule.
